Yes, you can have it all!

You can have a delicious and healthy meal to start your day right.

I’m part of a yoga challenge  that is focused on healthy eating this month. This breakfast fits the bill for that challenge! I had pomegranate with mine which I also love.

Mix all the ingredients listed below. Bake at 350 degrees. Cool. Cut into bars. Enjoy!

½ cup cooked quinoa

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 cup almond milk

½ cup flour (your choice – I used garbanzo & fava flour)

2 tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. baking soda

2 tsp. stevia extract powder

½ tsp. sea salt

1.5 cups almond milk

2 tsp. vanilla

2 chopped ripe bananas

2 Tbs. cocoa nibs
