Balance….. Yoga teaches us balance but not just to hold a pose.
We can choose to look for opportunities to bring more balance in our lives.
One challenging life-balance opportunity for me is the balance between rest and “going for it.” I tend to push hard towards my goals. That can be good but, it is possible to push so hard that our need for rest and even sleep is jeopardized. Ironically, when we do that, we harm our efforts to achieve our goals.
