I put ginger in the blender and whip up 2 cups of ginger tea. Sweeten it with stevia and warm it up. There are A LOT of health benefits from ginger. That’s an easy 2 cups.
I make at least one mugful of green tea per day. Yup, there are a boat load of benefits you get from green tea too! And, we’re up to 4 cups of water!
I’ve also started with the hot water and lemon juice (and stevia to make it “lemonade”). You guessed it! This elixir comes packed with its own set of health benefits. And without even trying, we’re easily up to 6 cups of water.
Then, how about a green drink at least once a day? There’s a whole website on the benefits and how-to info on green smoothies. Remember, the liquid in the smoothie counts for 2 more cups and we’ve easily got our 8 cups of water!
And I carry around my water bottle with water and mint flavored chlorophyll.
What was once hard is now easy. Easy is good!
