It’s very easy to make but you need a high powered blender for this.
Process in blender until it is a fine powder
½ cup raw almonds
½ cup raw cashews
Combine with nut powder
½ cup unsweetened coconut
15 chopped figs
Handful of goji berries
Handful of unsweetened carob chips or cocoa nibs
3 Tablespoons raw agave
Press into balls and flatten. Refrigerate for 1 -2 hours.
