How many of you have long lists of responsibilities, goals, desires, plans and good ideas? Do you sometimes feel that you have more good ideas than time? I do. While this is fodder for many a good blog post, I’m going to rein in my tendency to want to do it all NOW. Instead, I’m going to focus on one good idea.

Just the right level of self-imposed structure does wonders to keep me focused.

So, since I want to do yoga every day, I have joined a #yogaeverydamnday challenge. Thank you Rachel Brathen for organizing this. Go here if you’d like to join me in this challenge. There are prizes for those motivated by prizes. J

My February yoga general goal is to work on having more even flexibility throughout my body. Right now, I can be very flexible on one side in one pose and then not flexible at all on the other side. Hmmm. And, my February specific goal is to improve my crow pose. I just started being able to do crow last week but not as well the picture below!

Will I see you at the challenge? If yes, let me know what you’d like to work on. Let’s support each other!

Great, keep going! There’s this saying that the less time we think we have for yoga and meditation, the more we actually need it. 🙂
