DON’T UNDERESTIMATE YOURSELF

3 Jan

Ida Keeling, 95 year old sprinter

I ran across an interesting article in the New York Times today. It says that we tend to underestimate how much we will change in the future.

This really caught my eye because if we’re looking for FITNESS BEYOND EXPECTATIONS, we’d be well advised to challenge our current expectations of our future potential. Here are my notes on the book YOUNGER NEXT YEAR that should free you from any doubt about your future.

There is no reason to underestimate yourself! Let’s really do this!
