Whoa! I made this for the first time after returning from the gym this morning. Protein is needed for muscle building after working out, yes? Well, this recipe is VERY high in protein!
I’m not much for measuring, so feel free to adjust as you like!
Ingredients for one serving:
1 scoop (34 grams) of 100% whey protein powder
2 egg whites
½ t of vanilla extract
¼ t baking powder
almond milk as need
That’s it! Mix it together. Cook it in a waffle maker. Top it with fresh blueberries and organic maple syrup! ENJOY!
