I just found out about this today and am still blown away by the access to so many top quality educational possibilities. And, it’s all for FREE!

There are nutrition and exercise related classes!  I’ve signed up for them.  Join me!

Here is a description of the COURSEA program.

Starting April 2013, there will be a 7 week class offered called Nutrition, Health, and Lifestyle: Issues and Insights. More details are provided in the course description.

It is taught by Jamie Pope, MS, RD, LDN from Vanderbilt University. She says to expect to do coursework between 2-4 hours per week.
