
Yesterday’s post explains my plans for and reasons for posting these fitness photos on my birthday.





Some of my goals for my age 65 (to be taken January 27, 2014) photos include:
- Let my abs get out from under that extra unnecessary stuff that’s taking up space in the middle
- New yoga poses: crow and dancer
- Some still unidentified endurance goal
- Any other goal that comes to mind!
Update to goals as of April 5, 2013.
1. Same as #1 above
2. I was able to do these poses in February 2013 (see photo above). So, my new pose goal is to do a handstand.
3. I am deleting goal #3.
